This Playbook is designed to be applied by user groups of all sizes, budgets and levels of blockchain sophistication and knowledge. This easy-to-use Playbook is meant to follow and build upon the Primer and proposes a process and a series of phases to support the United States Federal government in its understanding and application of blockchain and distributed ledger technologies for its mission. Each phase contains a set of key activities organized in functional areas that go beyond just the technical aspect of blockchain and cover key issues in management, people, process and acquisition.
